A little bit about my background
Hi I’m Cydney. I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Fellow-in-Training with the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists.
I am a Certified Dry Needling Specialist and Certified Spinal Manipulation practitioner.
I approach healing through an evidence-based, holistic manner aimed at optimizing function and performance.
I earned my DPT degree from Saint Francis University(PA) in 2019. I am returning home in the Southern Maryland area where my foundation for elite athletics and love for movement first developed.
I am a former Division I dual-sport athlete, and I remain active as a triathlete, and lifelong wellness enthusiast.
I am a devoted wife and mother of two. When I’m not training, working, or raising my children, I enjoy yoga, hiking and anything on a beach.
